About the menu

The dishes are BBQ chef Sakaki's originals, which are mainly charcoal-grilled dishes using seasonal ingredients. It consists of an appetizer, a main dish (grilled fish, grilled meat), vegetables and dessert. Depending on the season, a tempura menu is also included.
Vegetarian and vegan menus are also available. Since it is a private restaurant, it is configured according to the wishes of the guests.
All dishes are made with ingredients from Hokkaido and Japan as much as possible.
